By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

SpyrjAI provides an AI-powered AI Agent assistant integrated with the WhatsApp Business API to help businesses automate basic customer communication, answer common questions, and manage business information.

To use our services, you may need to register and provide certain information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Use our services to send spam, illegal, or infringing messages.
• Attempt to interfere with the integrity or performance of our services.
• Use our services for fraudulent or misleading purposes.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

You are solely responsible for all business data and information you upload to our services. You warrant that you have the right to use and upload such content.

The services and original content of SpyrjAI (excluding user content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Chatbots24 and its licensors.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SpyrjAI, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will endeavor to provide at least 30 days' notice before new Terms take effect.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
